PLEASE READ THIS DISCLAIMER CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE KIDPROSPER PLATFORM. BY USING THE SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING LIMITATIONS OF OUR PLATFORM.

1. Educational and Informational Purposes Only

KidProsper, including the KidProsper mobile application, website, KidProsper Intelligence Engine (KIE), Growth Blueprints, KP Scores, activities, habits, and the KidProsper AI Coach, is designed solely for educational, informational, and parenting support purposes. It is a parent-directed platform meant to assist you in understanding general developmental tendencies.

2. Not a Medical or Clinical Device

KIDPROSPER IS NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE AND DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL CARE. The platform is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or clinical intervention. You should never delay seeking professional medical advice or disregard such advice because of information, scores, or AI-generated recommendations provided by KidProsper.

3. No Psychological or Psychiatric Diagnosis

KidProsper’s psychometric parameters and developmental assessments are strictly observational tools based entirely on parent-reported data.

  • No Diagnoses: KidProsper does not and cannot diagnose neurodivergent conditions, learning disabilities, or mental health disorders, including but not limited to: Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Dyslexia, Depression, Anxiety, or Behavioral Disorders.

  • No Clinical Validity: Our assessments are not standardized clinical instruments and should not be presented to schools, physicians, or institutions as official clinical or psychological evaluations.

4. AI Limitations (KidProsper Coach)

The KidProsper Coach utilizes advanced artificial intelligence to generate personalized parenting tips and activities.

  • Probabilistic Responses: AI outputs are probabilistic and generated based on patterns. They may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of context for your specific family situation.

  • Not a Therapist: The AI Coach is not a licensed therapist, counselor, pediatrician, or educator. You must independently evaluate the safety, appropriateness, and effectiveness of any AI-recommended activity or communication strategy before applying it to your child.

5. Parental Responsibility and Assumption of Risk

You, as the parent or legal guardian, retain absolute responsibility and decision-making authority for your child's physical and emotional well-being. By utilizing the KidProsper platform, you assume full responsibility for how you interpret the KP Score, implement the Growth Blueprint, and utilize the recommended habits and activities. KidProsper and its affiliates accept no liability for any consequences resulting from your reliance on the platform's insights.

6. Emergency Situations

KidProsper is not equipped to handle medical or psychiatric emergencies. If you suspect your child is experiencing a medical emergency, severe psychological distress, or is at risk of self-harm, you must immediately contact your local emergency services or proceed to the nearest emergency medical facility.

7. No Guarantees

KidProsper does not guarantee any particular developmental outcome, educational achievement, behavioral improvement, or future success as a result of using the Services, Growth Plans, KP Scores, Future Skills, Activities, Habits, or the AI Coach.

8. No Professional Relationship

Your use of KidProsper does not establish a professional relationship of any kind. Specifically, use of the Services does not establish a:

  • Doctor-patient relationship

  • Therapist-client relationship

  • Counselor relationship

  • Teacher-student relationship

9. AI Safety Restrictions

KidProsper may refuse, limit, or terminate AI interactions that violate its safety policies or involve attempts to elicit medical diagnoses, child endangerment instructions, or unlawful activities.

10. Future Use of Reports

KidProsper reports, Growth Blueprints, KP Scores, and AI outputs are generated for personal parental insight and should never be used as the sole or primary basis for:

  • School placement or educational accommodation decisions.

  • Medical or psychiatric decisions.

  • Legal proceedings.

  • Custody disputes.

  • Employment decisions.

  • Insurance determinations.
