3. Explicit Child Protection Guarantee

KidProsper does not use cookies, pixels, local storage, SDKs, or any similar tracking technologies to track children across websites, applications, or devices. All data processed within the platform is parent-managed.

4. Third-Party Technologies

We may use trusted third-party service providers (such as authentication partners like Google/Apple and infrastructure analytics tools) that set equivalent tokens on your device to deliver their services. These third parties are contractually bound to use information solely for providing services to KidProsper and are prohibited from tracking children or engaging in behavioral advertising.

5. Regional Privacy Rights and User Control

Depending on your jurisdiction, you have specific rights regarding cookies and tracking technologies:
